Is there a trial class?
All our trial classes are paid classes. For students on trial, a payment of 2 lessons is required.
How are the fees billed at ACE?
Fees are charged monthly on the 1st of every month. Payments has to be made by the 5th of each month. A late payment charge of $10 will be imposed if payment is not settled by the due date.
If there are 5 lessons in a month, Ace will prorate the fees accordingly and inform you at the beginning of each month.
For example “
4 lessons cost $340.
5 lessons will then cost $(340 / 4 ) X 5 = $425
The invoice will be sent to you via WhatsApp on the 1st of every month.
What are the payment modes?
Payments can be made via the QR code or PayNow, to the UEN provided in the invoice.
Does Ace provide trial classes?
We offer students a trial period of 2-paid trial lessons. This allows the students the opportunity to try out the lesson for 2 weeks before deciding if they would like to continue lessons with us regularly. The 2 lessons also gives our tutor time to assess the students’ strengths and learning styles.
Does Ace conduct physical or online lessons?
All our classes are physical face-to-face classes. Zoom lessons are allowed only if you are feeling unwell.
Any registration fee? Or Deposit?
We do not collect any registration fee nor require a deposit from you.
What are the subjects available at Ace?
We specialize in mathematics and all science subjects from primary 4 to Junior College levels.
Our Secondary classes cater to Primary/G1/G2/G3 / A Level / IP / IB students.
Does Ace conduct lessons on School Holidays / Public Holidays?
Lessons are conducted weekly, including public holidays. Regular classes are also conducted during the March, June, September school holidays. Boot Camps and Crash courses are also conducted during the School Holidays.
Are there any make-up classes if my child is sick, or is unable to attend classes?
Our classes @ Ace are highly-customized. As such, there will not be any make-up / replacement classes for any missed lessons.
For specialized classes which have an alternative timeslot, do check with us if a replacement is available.
